Welcome to Gorse Cottage
Gorse Cottage is a holiday cottage
that sleeps four people. It is situated a mile
from the popular village of Brockenhurst
in the heart of the New Forest. Click

The cottage is about one mile from the main line station
which connects London and Bournemouth.
It has a garden in front that looks out on to the
New Forest and a secluded back garden overlooking
fields. The garden was completely relandscaped in Winter 2009. Ponies, donkeys, pigs and deer are often to be seen
outside the front gate.
It is a lovely spot for walking, cycling and anyone who
wants to enjoy the countryside, yet offering all the amenities
of a holiday area. It is within easy reach of the coast
and sailing facilities at Lymington.
Riding stables and
bike hire
shops are in the area. We have a lockable bicycle shed if you want to bring your own bikes with you. The New Forest Show
takes place in late July.
We welcome well behaved dogs.
We have extremely modern facilities and offer WiFi internet access.
